I came across this amazing verse in the Bible. It read "The LORD looks down from heaven on the entire human race; he looks to see if anyone is truly wise, if anyone seeks God." (found in Psalm 14:2)
It appears that the God of the universe is longing to find those who will truly seek him. I want to be one that he finds searching for him. How about you?
Seeking God (truely seeking God's will) has been on my heart for the last two weeks (since I returnd from Tennessee). In this fast paced lifestyle sometimes I get so involved with the day to day activities I forget or just run out of time to fit God in my schedule. I believe seeking God means we must surrender all to him, and that is easier said than done. Like most people, I like to be in charge of my life; however, I know from experience it is better to allow God to be in charge. God knows what is best for me. I just need to get out of His way and let Him have control. Life is much better when you surrender ALL to Him.
